Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
Roasted Red Peppers, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Salt & Pepper
Procedure
Add roasted red peppers, approximately 300 ml or 1¼ cup, ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup mayo, 2 cloves of garlic, pinch of salt and pepper to the blender jar. Blend at medium variable speed until ingredients are well blended and you have an even consistency. If you prefer a thicker dip you can add more sour cream to the mixture.
