What are the conditions for the processing of a return request?

Return Request must be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Following are the conditions where a Return Request shall be initiated from the customer’s end:

  • Product Specifications received are different from the Product specifications mentioned on the Product Page at the time of order
  • The Product received in damaged condition .
  • Product Performance is not  satisfactory -Customer need to specify valid performance issue which differ from the mentioned on our website  

What are the conditions under which the Money Back Guarantee cannot be processed?

  • Damage Original Box and Accessories 
  • Improper usage and not fit for resale 
  • Return Request initiated after 24hrs of delivery
  • Faulty charging or voltage mismatch.
  • Tampering or unauthorised repair

Warranty Policy

At TurboBlend we try our best to make sure that all products are free from manufacturing defects but there’s really no way for us to ensure that the product is in 100% working condition without actually opening it up. On the off-chance that a manufacturing defect is found in a product you’ve just bought from, you can raise a request for replacement.

What are the conditions for One Year Warranty

  • Every BRAND-NEW TurboBlend PRODUCT purchased directly from one of our official selling channels is covered by a One year manufacturer warranty on Motor and Six month for Battery 
  • The item can be replaced only once within the warranty period.
  • The WARRANTY PERIOD begins on the date of purchase.
  • If purchased on 3rd party websites or retailers, the product must be registered on our website within 10 days of receipt of the product to be eligible for warranty claims.
  • If the product is determined to be defective, TurboBlend will replace the product or its defective parts (with new or refurbished product).
  • Accessories are not covered under warranty.

What are the conditions under which the One Year Warranty cannot be processed?

  • Water Damage due improper usage 
  • Product loss/Cosmetic damage /Misuse/Commercial use /Battery(In-Built)
  • Minor faults in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or technical condition
  • Faults resulting from improper use (e.g. mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, improper use); the proper use conditions are – stated in the user’s manual
  • Damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear (scratches, attritions, abrasions etc.), extreme temperature or humidity
  • Faults resulting from accidental or intended damage

Refund Policy

  • To initiate the return process, the customer must send an email to mentioning the following details:
  • Subject Line: Return Request for Order ID: 
  • High-definition video and pictures of the product with accessories and outer packaging.
  • A detailed description of the fault in the product, and the reason for initiating the return request.

  • You may also initiate a return request by requesting for a reverse pick-up of the product. Charges for the same will be INR 250
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • You may share the Bank account details in case of COD order 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
