Parmesan Balsamic Vinaigrette

Lemon, Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Basil Leaves, Soy Parmesan or Parmesan Cheese, Ground Black Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Add 2 tbsp (30 ml) of balsamic vinegar, ½ lemon peeled, 1 small garlic clove peeled, 1 tsp salt (optional), 3 tbsp (10 g) fresh basil leaves, ¼ cup (20 g) soy parmesan, or parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil to the blender in the same order as mentioned. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until emulsified.
