Oat-Spinach-Flaxseed Smoothie

Oats, Raw Spinach, Lemon Juice, Flax seeds, Turmeric Powder, Ginger, Banana
Procedure
Add ¼ cup oats, 1 cup raw spinach, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp freshly grated ginger, 1 cup blueberries (optional), 1 banana, 1 cup water to the blender and mix for about 30 seconds until smooth. Drink away.
