The following terms govern the shipping of goods to you:

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders
• We shall offer cash on delivery option to the Customers and the requisite amount shall be paid by you at the time of delivery of the item.
• Once an item has been shipped, we cannot change or alter the shipping address
• All return charges will be paid by the customer and TurboBlend will not refund that
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
• Upon delivery, You would be requested to sign a delivery form by our Agent. You are requested to sign the delivery form only if the Products are delivered in proper condition i.e. without obvious damage. Once You sign the delivery form, it shall be construed that the Product was delivered without any obvious damage to You and You will not be permitted to exchange or return the goods for such reasons
• If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@turboblend.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.                   

Note-Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note that circumstances out of our control (natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.
